Code for Independent Directors

This Code sets out the duties, responsibilities, professional conduct, and ethical obligations expected from Independent Directors in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable regulatory requirements. Applicable upon the appointment of Independent Directors, where required by law.
